1. These kind of customized design DC power rail carts are applied to transfer heavy steel or aluminum coils. In order to avoid the steel coils falling down from the rail cart, we design a V-frame. It can protect the coils also the security. We can recommend you the direction of the V-frame according to the coils;

The customized design DC power rail cart is mainly applied in assembly line (ring production line, loop production line); Due to advantage of without cable, it is mainly applied in assembly line, can realize the straight rail, S shape rail, U shape rail, C shape rail, Arc-shaped rail, 90 degree turn rail, crossing rail etc
3. Metallurgy industry (steel ladle); With the functions of steady traveling, step less speed regulation, the customized design DC power rail cart is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc. Generally the outer surface temperature of the ladle is 200-300 degree , due to the high temperature, the rail cart should be designed with heat exposure proof device, especially to the battery, motor, reducer and electric appliance.
